The Ensemble's two conductors, Victorien Garreau and Grgoire Tapin, asked composer Thierry Deleruyelle to write an original work to mark the 115th anniversary of their orchestra. A brilliant and dynamic introduction, ending with a grand maestoso, is followed by a gentle, restful section with glimpses of solo instruments.
