£154.99Ouverture Allemande (Concert Band - Score and Parts)
This festive overture by the Austrian composer Thomas Doss, whose father was German, is intended to be a symbol of the friendship between Germany and Austria, and the countries that border on these two states. In times of union and cooperation, the European thinking should be one of tolerance and openness when it comes to national identities and cultures. European culture has many faces - that is what makes it unique. The shadows of the past, however, should never be forgotten, but they must not obscure the present and the future. Many ghosts wander through this overture, and those who listen carefully will also hear a great master of classical music ghost around. A creative new opening work for any concert. 09:00

£104.99Partita Piccola Wind Band Set (Score & Parts)
As the title suggests, this work is a partita: it consists of a number of variations on a chorale melody. The partita has been popular for centuries, especially when it comes to organ music. Henk van Belcum, who is active in the choir world, chose for his Partita Piccola the German hymn Wunderbarer K?nig as a starting point. Partita Piccola consists of four variations and a choral setting. After a majestic opening fanfare, the second variation follows, based on a canon by Pachelbel. H?ndel's Sarabande is the basis of the third variation. Next comes the chorale setting, after which the work ends festively with a dance that has been written in the form of a courante. Partita Piccola is an asset for church services and for concert platforms. 0:08:00

£84.99Russian Gipsy Song Wind Band Set (Score & Parts)
The origin of the song Piet Swerts arranged for concert band in Russian Gipsy Song probably lies with Russian gypsies, who know it under the title Dorogoj Dlinnojn and who ardently consider it their mental property. The melody of this Russian folk song is better known under the title Those Were the Days My Friend, the song that singer Mary Hopkins made famous in 1968. Within a year after she had issued this song, well over five million records of it had been sold. There are also versions in French (Les temps des fleurs), Spaans (Qu? tiempo tan feliz), Italian (Quelli erano giorni), and German (An jenem Tag) of this song full of nostalgia about the "good old days." 0:02:15
