Christmas Bells are Ringing is a work of three holiday songs, all with the common theme of the joy and happiness that the ringing bells of the season can evoke. The introduction includes quotes from both Ding! Dong! Merrily on High and Jingle Bells before transitioning into the first carol, Ding! Dong! Merrily on High. The slower, lyrical section of the work is based on the moving melody of I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day. The closing section features Jingle Bells with a few fun surprises thrown in to lead the piece to a festive conclusion. A delightful work that will highlight any seasonal performance.

A brief andante section features the woodwinds before returning to the opening melody this time richly scored for full band. A beautiful work for teaching lyric style playing.
