Based on the well-known Christmas song Up on the Housetop, this arrangement helps introduce eighth-note rhythms in a fun and accessible way. The piece provides opportunities for every instrument to play the melody, except for oboe, tenor saxophone, and horn, due to range limitations at the beginning level.
