T-Square is a Japanese jazz fusion band that was formed in 1978. They became famous in the late 70s and early 80s, amongst other Japanese fusion bands. One of their most popular songs is Omens of Love. This beautiful Concert Band arrangement from Toshio Mashima is played all over the world.

Omforlatels O.C. Bentzen - Egil Monn-Iversen

Johan Falkberget wrote the novel Br Brson Jr. in 1920. It is the story of the naive bachelor and trader Br Brson Jr. and his fight for wealth and fame. On his way, he face prejudices and envy on the countryside and investors in the bigger citites. All of them tries to exploit his credulity. The musikal, based on the novel by Johan Falkberget, was written by Egil Monn-Iversen (music) and Harald Tusberg (lyrics) for Det Norske Teatret in 1972. It was a great success from the very beginning. In 1974, a movie version of Br Brson Jr. was produced. Also this with great success.

Omicron - Sean O'Loughlin

Omicron is an exciting composition for the very beginning band that starts with a three-note idea and steadily builds as the piece progresses. Carefully placed accents make the simple theme float across the bar lines throughout the piece. Sean O'Loughlin has a knack for writing great music for the very youngest of students.

Omnia for Concert Band - Ingebjørg Vilhelmsen

Omnia mutantur, nos et mutamur in illisThis piece for concert band was commisioned by Lilleaker Skoles Musikkorps, and conductor Tomas Austestad. A big thank you to Austestad for invaluable encouragement and guidance during the process.OMNIA was commissioned and written in 2021, during the global pandemic. The piece describes being able to seek refuge in music. The process started by writing a chorale for Lilleaker, which further developed into a larger contect piece based on this chorale.The musicians are challenged through contrasting sound expressions, technically demanding passages and lyrical virtuosity. During the piece, several variations are introduced, before the chorale is fully presented in the piece's magnificent conclusion.

This song is taken from the first record album by Norwegian band Kaizers Orchestra. The song is one of the most well-known from this band. Kaizers Orchestra was famous in Norway for it's energic style, both on record and stage, a style that this arrangement tries to capture. The guitar and electric bass parts are optional.
