Naoya Wada composed Homeward Voyage, which he wrote for a school wind band in his homeland, to express the emotions that always overwhelm him when travelling from Tokyo to his birthplace. Homeward Voyage describes the passing scenery on the 1000 kilometre-long journey, awakens memories and gives us a glimpse of the coming reunion with friends and family.
