£104.99Oriental Postcards - Etienne Crausaz
Oriental Postcards is comprised of three variations on a theme with an Eastern character: in From Egypt, the theme is contrastingly first played in brass and then in woodwind, in From the Desert the drums play an important role.and in From the Orient Express the theme appears in a fun, light-hearted guise. This catchy composition was especially written for young musicians and is especially suitable for youth orchestras.

The Turtle Dove is without a doubt one of the most well-known British folk songs, right up there with the likes of Greensleeves or Drink to Me Only. The Turtle Dove has been skillfully arranged for concert band by Swisscomposer and arranger Etienne Crausaz, carefully keeping the mood and intimacy of the original melody.

£76.99Festive Winds - Etienne Crausaz
Festive Winds begins with a short introduction before we hear a light, airy and fresh-sounding passage. The original character of this march is above all in the trio, which conjures up the sounds of a big band with its bluesy style. The work was commissioned by the Socit Cantonale des Musiques Vaudise to celebrate the 27th festival of the French canton of Vaudois in Savigny, Switzerland, where the march was given its premire by a mass ensemble.
