Written in 1972, popularity for Grease rocketed again in 1978 with the smash motion picture starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. The selection consists of Born To Hand Jive, We Go Together, Summer Nights and Greased Lighnin' and combine to form a stunning medley. This version makes up part of the Hal Leonard Discovery Plus Band series for developing bands. Carefully arranged by Paul Murtha, it is suitable for Grade 2 Concert Bands and includes teaching aids and bass line reinforcement.The set includes a conductor's copy of the Full score and a separate part for each individual instrument.
