Echoes of the Riverbank

Echoes of the Riverbank is a two-movement work dedicated to the late composer Mark Williams and mentor Harry D. Blake. The first movement, Lament (Hymn), creates a reflective and serene atmosphere through rich harmonies and tender melodies, representing the peaceful flow of memories. The second movement, Waves of Valor (March), contrasts with the first, bursting forth with energy and vitality to celebrate Blake's vibrant spirit. This movement features rhythmic buoyancy and spirited melodies, culminating in a jubilant climax.
