The Jesus Christ Superstar Collection - Andrew Lloyd Webber

This Rock Opera appeared for the first time in 1970, from composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, with lyrics from Tim Rice. The musical world ate it up, and it was a huge hit on Broadway and London. In 1973 a movie was also made about this masterwork, and since then it is regularly performed in theatres all over the world. Arranger Marcel Peeters gives us a masterful homage to the writers of this musical 'evergreen'.
